Warranty & Returning Merchandise
Any items need to be returned to our warehouse for testing purposes. Items must be returned to us in order to receive a full refund. Please note we do not take responsibility for returned items lost in the mail, we advise to send these items via a registered mail service. For replacements of products, Shipping charges from our location to yours are FREE.

Returns
If you would like to return your items please confirm this return with one of our friendly staff. Please note that if you have purchased the wrong item, and have already opened the packaging, that item will not be able to be returned or refunded. This is due to the fact that we can not resell the item if the packaging/item has been damaged in any way. Returns can be done either via email to: information@sangsters.com or via phone on 306 653 4481. You will receive an RA number. Please note goods returned without an RA number will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued.

Refund
The choice is yours, we can either refund your money back to you or you can keep that amount as a credit for your next order. We will credit back to your credit card in 7 days from the day we get the merchandise back. Please note that for safety reasons we will only credit the card from which the items where purchased from.
